Medicare Rebates
To be eligible to claim a Medicare rebate, you need to have a current GP Management Plan, otherwise known as a Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan from your GP. You will need to ensure that this plan is referred directly to us, Glow Wellness and Nutrition, and has allocated visits to a Dietitian. We will need a copy of your referral prior to booking in your consult, to ensure we are able to manually process your rebate at the time of payment.

Private Health
If you are wishing to claim Private Health for your dietitian consult, we recommend contacting your health fund prior to your appointment to check if a dietitian is covered under your current cover level. You can also check this through your private health insurance app, where this will be listed under ‘extras’. If you are making a claim, you can use the paid invoice sent to your email after your consultation to complete your claim online.
NOTE: We do not process these on the spot for you, it is your responsibility to submit to your private health insurer.
